When you’re not marketing or working to improve your business, you’re likely out with clients conducting showings and facilitating deals. We recently wrote about five must-have marketing and business apps to enhance your productivity, but did you know that there is also a plethora of apps that make showings and sales even easier? Here are five of the best apps agents can use to convert even the most stubborn clients.

It’s an agent’s job to help clients visualize the life they can have in a new property. Take that to the next level and actually illustrate it for them! When you’re getting a client excited about a property before they’ve seen it, MagicPlan helps you showcase the floor plan. This is especially helpful for new buyers who often get distracted by the little details that are easy to fix rather than focusing on the “bones” of a property. MagicPlan is a premium service, but your first plan is free, so it’s worth giving it a try. In the near future, they’re unveiling virtual tours, which lets buyers view properties remotely — saving you time and work!

Starts at $8/month. Available for Android and iOS devices.

Managing lock boxes for properties doesn’t have to be an additional stress in your day. SentriLock is a free app highly recommended by the National Association of Realtors® and allows you to safely store electronic access to property locks. It’s safe and incredibly easy to use. No agent should be without it!

Free. Available for Android and iOS devices.

Need a quick signature on a document containing sensitive information? DocuSign’s app is perfect for getting important information into writing. Why wait until you get to a computer to seal the deal? This provides peace-of-mind to both you and your client. Even better? The app is free! If you plan on using it often, though, you may consider opting for the premium version, which includes features such as comments, reminders, and notifications. Members of the National Association of Realtors® get a special deal of $20/month, so be sure to take advantage of that if you’re a NAR member.

Free, with premium plans available. Available for Android and iOS devices.

If you want something like DocuSign but more catered to your needs, DotLoop is for you. This app is designed specifically for Realtors® and provides everything you need to solidify deals. Not only can you draft, upload, and exchange documents, but you can also communicate with your clients via SMS texting, so you both are on the same page from start to finish.

Free, with premium plans available. Available for Android and iOS devices.

The RPR App

This app, created by the Realtors Property Resource, is sure to become your new best friend. The RPR App is an interactive MLS database that alerts you to new available properties, and helps you share this information with prospective clients. Simply look up your city or region, and you’ll find new listings and recently sold properties within just seconds. Save your favorites and pass them along to clients to help them be the first to get an offer in. This app leverages the best MLS database in the country, so don’t miss out on this valuable information.

Free. Available for Android and iOS.

Now go forth and prosper, agents! These are all great tools designed to make your life easier so you can focus on the bigger picture of growing and improving your business.
